With 16 years of presence in Nanchang, we have established a blue and white industrial-style building complex that supports the entire chain of “R&D – production – warehousing” capabilities. Our factory area includes temperature-controlled laboratories, standardized workshops, and intelligent warehouses, serving as the “first trust anchor” for customers’ on-site factory inspections.

We have introduced German hot pressing machines and Japanese automatic cutting lines, focusing on core processes such as injection molding of PCM cooling plates and filling of ice bags. The daily production capacity is 20,000 pieces. Each process is inspected by IPQC, ensuring the temperature stability of “one plate and one bag”.

The constant-temperature and constant-humidity display area showcases the full range of prototype and iterative versions of PCM cooling pads, pet ice vests, and portable rapid cooling ice packs. It allows customers to touch the materials (the skin-friendly PCM film) and test the effects (simulated cooling by spraying water), making it an “immersive experience venue” for communicating new products.

A team of materials science and industrial design experts has gathered here. On the walls, there are 12 patents for cooling technologies. In the laboratory, they are currently testing “the density of ventilation holes in pet ice pads”. In the meeting room, they are discussing “the optimization of the portability of human ice bags in summer” – every aspect reflects their unwavering pursuit of “better cooling”.

The WMS system is used to categorize and store PCM raw materials, ice bag accessories, and finished products, supporting “first-in-first-out” principle. The system processes over 500 orders per day. After customers place orders on Alibaba International Station or our own website, the picking process is completed within 4 hours, making it the driving force behind “fast delivery”.

The automatic packaging machine wraps the goods with anti-drop bubble wrap, and the winding machine fixes the pallets. For each batch of goods, a “traceability QR code” is affixed (which can be scanned to obtain the production batch and quality inspection records). It supports sea transportation/air transportation/express delivery, ensuring that “not a single board is broken and not a single bag is lost”, and delivering to the world on time.
