Environmental Protection Contribution | Green Technology: Making Cooling More Eco-Friendly

We believe that true “coolness” never burdens the environment. As an integrated industrial and trade company with 16 years of experience in the cooling industry, ICE BEAR has embedded environmental protection into its product DNA:

Materials: Recycling instead of disposables: Our independently developed PCM (phase change material) cooling series utilizes food-grade reversible phase change chips, which are reusable over Many times and reduce plastic waste by 80% compared to traditional disposable ice packs/cooling patches. Our pet cooling pads use plant-based gel ice packs derived from corn starch, which are fully biodegradable within 180 days and prevent microplastic pollution.

Recycling: Replacing disposal with a closed loop: We launched the “Old Product Renewal Program”—users can return used PCM blankets/cooler bags for discounts on new products. The factory then reuses the disassembled materials in the production of low-end cooling products, thus circularizing resources.

For us, environmental protection isn’t an additional cost; it’s the most tangible way to cool the planet

Social Responsibility | Responsibility: Protecting Every Person and Life in Need of Coolness

ICE BEAR’s commitment to warmth and coolness goes beyond product temperature. For 16 years, we’ve integrated social responsibility into every product design and every user interaction:

For Users: Using Products to Solve Real Pain Points: We’ve launched “Long-Lasting Cooling Vests” (PCM material maintains a temperature of 2-8°C for 4 hours) for outdoor workers like food delivery riders and sanitation workers, donating over many units. We’ve also designed “On-the-Go Cooling Packs” (reusable plant-based ice packs) for pet owners to address the issue of heatstroke during summer travel.

For the Community: Using Public Welfare to Bring Warmth: We’ve partnered with local stray animal rescue centers to provide “Pet Cooling Gift Packs” (including ice packs and handheld fans) each summer, benefiting over 500 stray pets. We’ve also held “Cooling Classes” in the community to teach the elderly and children how to properly use cooling products to prevent heatstroke.

For employees: Creating warmth through care: The workshop has installed an intelligent temperature control system, maintaining a constant temperature of 26°C in the summer. Employees working in high-temperature positions are provided with a “double high-temperature subsidy + half a day off per week,” and regular “cooling team building” activities (such as mountain hikes to escape the summer heat) are organized.

Sustainable development ensures that everyone who needs cooling down feels the warmth of care.

Corporate Governance | Institutional Underpinnings: Making Sustainability a Long-Term Habit

Sixteen years of factory experience have taught us that the key to sustainable development lies in “transforming responsibility into a process.” ICE BEAR has established a comprehensive ESG management system, ensuring that every environmental and social action is traceable:

Supply Chain Collaboration: We implement an ESG scoring system for suppliers, prioritizing partners that use recycled materials and practice fair labor practices. By 2025, 85% of our core suppliers had met these standards.

Transparent Disclosure: We publish an annual Sustainability Report on our official website, disclosing environmental data (such as energy consumption and waste), social responsibility achievements (such as donations), and governance progress (such as improved ESG scores), allowing for user and industry scrutiny.

For us, sustainability isn’t about showing off, but about being responsible for ourselves. After all, to be a “cooling guardian” for 16, 50, or even longer years, we must lay a solid foundation.
